4 delegates from AJZLC took the stage at Y-SHIP, held in Yokohama in November 2023. They engaged in a discussion on the perspectives of entrepreneurs thriving in Japan, ASEAN, and globally from the viewpoint of the Z generation.

Y-SHIP is an international convention in Yokohama aimed at fostering open innovation by attracting talent, companies, and vitality from both domestic and international sources, with a focus on the GX field, bringing together like-minded individuals from around the world connected by Yokohama.

As part of the Y-SHIP Youth session, led by young leaders shaping the next generation, four delegates took the stage for a panel discussion.

The theme of the panel discussion was '- Creating a Better World Driven by the Z Generation and Entrepreneurial Spirit -.' Each panelist, drawing from their respective expertise and experiences, discussed the significance of Japan-ASEAN relations, the roles demanded of Z generation youth, and how they, as social entrepreneurs, overcame challenges.
